After use, you have to boil it to reset it (until hard crstyals are liquid again). Lasts a good while, lasted about an hour for us but I know it depends on how cold it is outside. Doesn't burn my skin and easy to reuse. For what you pay, I think it's worth it as a quick buy. Size of my palm. I like the panda, brings a smile to my face in this cold world.

These things are pretty neat and I didn't even know they existed until I watched the video online. I ended up getting them to try to keep my son's food warm and his lunch box. The only problem though is all the heat makes everything soggy in his lunch box. It's a pretty neat concept though, there is like this metal thing inside of that and you click it and it makes the whole thing turns solid and warm. Then when you're done using it you put it in a pan on top of like a washcloth or something and boil it for 5 minutes and it goes back to being liquid until you're ready to use it again. Very interesting product and it does what it says I just couldn't use it for what I wanted.

Click disc on three of the four pads would not click to activate heat reaction. I probably tried an hour. On the one that did work, the heat lasted perhaps 20 minutes. I used on my shoulder for targeted heat. Think it would still be comforting for longer in pocket on chilly day. In trying to return, Amazon is giving me very distant ups locations to drop off package. I live on island and there is one two miles away. I do not know if choosing one in Anacortes, wa... if I can actually drop off locally. Will try, but spent a lot of time so far on this and will start over and try again. That dufus help thing was of no help. I still want a set of these, but not from these people. Don't they test their products?

They don’t stay warm very long.

DO NOT BUY. LOW QUALITY AND FAULTY got my package with the packs already activated. boiled them and the crystals dissolved. took them out of the boiling water and they immediately started to crystalize again ??? i didn’t press on the silver piece. i laid them slowly on a towel. i attempted to use one this morning in a cold college class, been jamming on the silver piece and nothing is happening. it seems like they just get hot when they want to.

En su primer uso calientan bien, aún no los e cocido para reutilizarlos, pero si que son muy sensibles y hay que guardarlos con cuidado para que no se activen solos en la mochila

Súper bien, súper contenta, me va fenomenal para los paseos cuando hace viento y frío para cualquier ocasión la verdad ya no me voy a separar de ellos, me va a ir bien para ponérmelo cuando me duele la espalda, también cuando tenga dolores de regla, también me lo voy a poner en la tripa. Me lo acerco a la cara y me la calienta un ratito. La verdad es que ha gustado.
