24 Oz. Stainless Steel Sports Water Bottle – 9 ½ Inch Height, Slim Easy Grip Design, Standard Mouth with Leak Proof Top - White

Purchased order of Hydro Flax Sportify that claimed the item kept contents cold for 24 hours and did not sweat on outside of bottle. I used it for first time today and the exterior of bottle sweat profusely and contents were not kept cold. After just one hour the liquid in bottle was warm. What is the remedy. Do I need a different hydro Flax bottle or is this one just defective?

I have a number of water bottles. All kinds. I have to say, this one is probably my favorite!I got the Sportly 24 Oz. Hydro Flask Stainless Steel Sports Water Bottle in white. All my other bottles were stainless color or dark. I wanted something 'light'. I love the white. The bottle is just big enough for my 4 mile walk, but isn't too big where it's a pain to carry. It's a lightweight bottle which makes it easier to carry on long walks. I love the hourglass shape. The shape really feels comfortable in my hand, unlike straight or tapered bottles. Probably one of my favorite features.It comes with a carabiner clip to clip it to a backpack or beltloop. This says insulated, but I don't think it's an insulated bottle. It's thin & light, and single-walled stainless. But it keeps my water cold enough for the 2 hours I'm using it. The stainless didn't have that funky odor when I unpacked it. Thank you! The finish on the bottle keeps it from getting too wet with condensation, but would be better if it was a matte finish instead of gloss. It still gets condensation if the water inside is really cold. The top is leakproof, so I can throw it on the car seat when taking long trips to the city, and not worry about my water bottle leaking. Flip tops have a habit of leaking, and that's not a present surprise when getting into the seat.I love this bottle. I'm very sad I must hand it over to my daughter so she can take it to school. She needs a water bottle, and I think this is the best one we have that will suit her needs.I was provided this product for test and review purposes.
