It’s impossible to find summer savory in a local store anymore so thankful that I have access to this as I use it to make my Italian spice. Aroma was great. Texture is rough versus my expectations but I just ran it quickly through our personal blender and it was good after that. It ended up the equivalent of a regular size spice jar at a retail store. Recommend.

It’s great in canned string beans. A little bacon grease and bacon bits. PERFECT!!!

I used to organically raise all my own food, veggies and herbs. I raised Savory in my garden for myself and friends. Now I am retired and unable to garden now. Summer Savory has not been available in the store so I purchased this online, hoping it would be as good as the savory I had grown years ago.
