Small pills ?

So how do you get 200mg from a 100mg pill ?Each pill weighs approx. 107mg.How do you turn nettle powder from green to white ?I know these are cheap but so are nettles, and maybe magnesium stearate is cheaper and easier to form into a little white pill ( ;Please tell me I'm wrong...

took around a week to start working but are fantastic

my wife can hardly walk and is always in pain but after one week using these one a day she has much less discomfort and can walk for the whole day and do jobs she couldn't do before
