Product arrived quickly.I tried it immediately and had instant results in my elbow pain. However, I'm stubborn and stupid, I overworked it out of excitement and the pain returned. I'm going to continue flossing and take it easy to allow full recovery.Wonderful product, I highly recommend giving it a try.

It's my first time using a flossing band. I don't know how it works, all I know is it works to relieve my pain!! It is helping me avoid shoulder surgery. It can be tricky to use as it can slip, be hard to apply and gets dirty easily which affects how it stays on. But it's worth the hassle.

First time buying a product to do muscle floss but I got to say for the price it's very good! Really has helped me with some elbow problems. It can be hard to get started on your own, I do my elbow, but if you put the band against a wall corner or a door frame and get it start it.

I was skeptical when purchasing the Floss Bands, but after using them on my elbows for just a few days, the pain during lifting went completely away. I'm still working on my knees though. I would really recommend this product to anyone with muscle or ligament pain.

This voodoo band is top notch, and I can tell it will last for years to come. A bit lighter than my other one, I am using this primarily for my leg and all the joints attached to my leg. It has without a doubt already alleviated my knee pain from compression and mobility/functional movement...enough to where I am re-thinking a visit I set up with a specialist to get my knee looked at. For any achilles tendon issues, you can tack down the back of the leg more where the tendon actually is, and go through some exercises. Hands down would add another one for travel or to have in my car or bag in case I need some quick flossing action.

So recently, I've been getting more and more into mobility work and anything that relieves pain from my runs. I deal with shin splints but due to certain circumstances, I can't stop running yet so I've been trying anything and everything. The muscle floss works great and I've started using it on different muscle groups prior to working out. Great product and it's really nice that it comes with it's own little bag with a small PVC tube to wrap the band around and a rubber band to secure it. It may seem minor, but it's the little things that exceed my expectations. Not to mention, after making the purchase, I received an enthusiastic email from the company with a PDF attachment that was a guide on how to use the muscle floss with several links included.

I used this floss band for my ankle after a bad injury and it really help during my therapy. I still use it to recover and for sore knees or any joint pain. Wod nation really delivers when it comes to quality. I bought another brand by accident and it was a total mess. Their floss bands are really durable and made with quality material.
