I got this supplement to help with fatigue and feeling sluggish (especially in the afternoons). Normally I take extra vitamin D to boost my energy, but after few months I felt like effect was wearing off and I wanted to try something different and came across this Ginseng supplement. I have been taking it for almost a month, and really like it:- it improves my energy levels, I especially notice it around midday- capsules are small and smooth, and really easy to swallow- doesn't have any unpleasant taste or after-taste - super important to me!
