Because of diet and stress my PH feels off in mymouth, with the sense that I need to brush my teeth 25,000 times a day!! Two days of swishing and drinking with this and I am back to normal. I use it most days to keep up with it, when I’m not stress and have a million things to do -hence the cycle😂.

This may work but I could only get two glasses of it down before I couldn’t take anymore. The taste is awful (nothing against the product) but I just couldn’t stand drinking another glass of it.

I love this product. I also have IC, and I was concerned as one of the reviews said this caused a flare. I was cautious, but it only helped my symptoms. After alkalizing my diet, and following recommendations based on the book "Acid-Alkaline Diet," my symptoms have almost completely subsided. My boyfriend does a lot of heavy exercise, and he loves this product as well. We tried some other electrolyte powders, (Ultima) but this is better because: 1) it's not nearly as sweet 2) you get almost twice the amount for the same price, and 3) there is a higher percentage of minerals in the formula. I also feel like the water I drink is actually getting absorbed with this powder. Before, when I would drink a bottle of water, it seemed to go straight through me, almost immediately. This seems to actually allow the water to hydrate me.

I thought this would be a pill/tablet but instead it’s a powder :(

This worked to raise my pH and honestly was the only thing I ever took that made a difference. I stopped using it however because I wasn't convinced that using it would increase my level of health. So now I'm trying to eat healthier and not worry specifically about the urine pH.

I used to use the stuff years ago to keep my Gout in check. Then Doctor prescribed Colchicine aka cholcrys and I stopped because it was very expensive and I had the meds.
