easy to clean, durable
we use the stone in a hot air oven. this is not ideal. don't expect to get the same results as in a designated pizza oven. the temperature is too low. the tip is to crank the temperature up as high as you can. in our case that is 240-250 degrees celsius and make the bottom very thin. with that you get reasonable results.
