Great for price, works on Siemens Optipoint
I handle quite a few phone calls at work while on the computer, so was looking for something that would leave me hands free while talking. This works quite well. Sound quality is great (or at least as good as the native handset), and I have gotten no complaints about how I sound. Very comfortable to wear.I was only initially hesitant to buy because I was not sure if it would be compatible with my work phone, Siemens Optipoint. Well, for those of you with the Siemens Optipoint, know that it works fine right out of the box. Didn't even need to use the included adapter!If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be that it seems kind of fragile/not durable, but for the price it's fine.

Works with Yealink phones
This works pretty well. It picks up a fair amount of background noise, but at the benefit of not having to have the microphone perfectly positioned. At first it seemed the level was way to low on my Yealink T-46G phone, but in the phone settings I was able to up the gain of the microphone (option is -50 to 50 an default was 0) to 20, and people were able to hear me as normal. Please note, you must use the web gui interface to make that adjustment.

Great quality for price
I got this for use with a phone app through my computer. I needed ones that had a 3.5mm jack which these did.- There was no additional software needed to download to make them work.- The sound was very clear both in the headphone & through the mic for the listener.- There is an extension cord for the headset- Mic can be rotated to fit right or left ear- Ear pad is comfortable for all day wear- Jack also switches seamlessly from the computer to any phone that has a 3.5mm jack as well.Overall, this a great quality headset for a fantastic value. It also comes with a phone jack if you need it.

It works very well and I haven’t had any problems or complaints from people on the other side of the line.
I bought this because I work in a call center and it is just more comfortable. I chose this specific one because it comes with several different adapters so I knew I wouldn’t have a problem hooking it up to the phones at work.
