This is by far my favorite rice! The flavor is delicious and I like that it is not sticky like white rice. Also, if you are tracking weight watchers points, it is much healthier than regular white or brown rice.

Our family LOVES this rice. Great on burritos, as a base for Chicken Masala, etc....We feel much better about consuming this hearty rice than any of the microwave packets. It has a great nutty flavor and still has that rice flavor essence - both my kids (picky eaters) love it. Since eliminating white rice from our house this is our new go to. Simple to prepare & holds up well in fridge.

New to black rice and we love this stuff! Really easy to cook in the microwave in the sistema cooker set. We love the firmer texture and nutty flavor. It seems like it takes a little long to cook, but if you plan ahead or cook it in bulk it makes for great meal prep with vegetables and proteins. Packaging is perfect and really like the vacuum packed set of five. should really help shelf life
