I use mozzarella cheese for two main purposes, as a major ingredient in the lasagna I make and as the cheese topping that I use when I make a homemade pizza. And I do these two dishes quite often, and so, over the years, I've tried several different brands. Long ago I concluded that Kraft is the best. I especially like the finely shredded, since it melts easily and is extremely smooth when melted. And I like it already shredded. It costs a little more this way, but it saves having to shred a brick of cheese, which, no matter how you do it, takes time.
