Well made, SS construction so it won’t rust, lightweight and very practical for cooking on an isolated section of the griddle of vegetables or any other food that needs to be cooked separately or on the side or to keep warm. Highly recommended!

This thing works great on the blackstone. I’ve had it for about 6 months now and use it regularly. It has yet to rust. Great build quality, size, lightweight, and easy to clean. Makes all your food cook evenly. Definitely recommend.

These are great for cooking on the BBQ or on the stove, to be used as a lid to keep the heat in...helps cook the food as well as melt the cheese. I ordered a few extra and changed the handles (buy handles from Home Depot to fit) and they became dinner cloches! Love them!
