misleading on features
I've ordered laptops through Amazon before, and haven't been disappointed until now. I specifically looked for what I wanted, which included RAM size, a certain processor, screen size, touchscreen, and a backlit keyboard. This laptop clearly states that it has a backlit keyboard in the title. I read the reviews and one of them noted that they had to turn on the lights, but one (and only one) that they didn't receive a backlit keyboard.Well, the laptop arrived today (a day early), in a torn outer box. The inner box was fine, though, and so far the laptop seems all right (so no sending it back for a refund as a 'dead' purchase). However, as you can see, the F5 key is missing markings to indicate that it possesses a backlit keyboard. Checking the control panel, there's no option for brightness under the keyboard setting. As I do a lot of typing, a backlit keyboard is very important to me.I'm rather upset since I could have gone w/ lots of other options if I hadn't specifically chosen a laptop with a backlit keyboard. If it's one of your requirements for a laptop, don't take a gamble on this one/this seller.

The computer is working fine now
This computer originally appeared to not have the advertised backlit keyboard. After checking things out however, I found out that I just had to press the F5 key to activate this feature.

Laptop I received does not have the backlit keyboard.
Specs were good other than not getting the backlit keyboard which was a feature I specifically looked for when ordering. Would have appreciated a heads up if it wasn't available.

Battery Life Kinda Disappointing
Touch screen very responsive (maybe a bit too much). Even when I shift the computer a little, it would pause my video.Satisfied with everything except battery life. Maybe it’s because I’ve been watching videos on it a lot, but it’s down to 20% in 3 hours.

Nice laptop, sucky delivery
The laptop is fine. They use UPS to deliver instead of going straight through Amazon, so if you’re not home or don’t hear the knock, your laptop will just be sent to a ups center which is an inconvenience.

Terrible keyboard!!
The keyboard is really bad, it is so dumb and sticks from time to time, especially the "A" key, it feels terrible when you are typing and suddenly stuck. Very Disappointed with the keyboard, I am going to return the laptop. Terrible Keyboard!!!
