Happy with it's hold and usefulness
Since I am not a hair style savvy individual. I had to go to you tube for an education. I figured out the technical term for my hairstyle is "the flow" style. This plus hairspray follow-up handles wind (most days). Zero fragrance! Yay! I hate smelling like a spilled perfume bottle. (My hair is straight. Not thin. Not thick.)

My curls have new life!
I’m allergic to everything under the sun, so I’ve been using aloe vera gel to get curl definition in my hair. The aloe wasn’t terrible, and it was moisturizing, but I wasn’t getting much definition. This gel brought my curls from a frizzy 2C to a gloriously smooth 3A/B with much more volume around my face. There’s barely any scent and anything you might detect fades fast. Even without breaking the gel with oil when it’s dry, it doesn’t give your hair that miserably crunchy, constantly wet look that hair gels from the 2000s were notorious for. This gel (and the same brand’s hair spray) have become my new go-to. Since I’m adding more products to my hair now, I have to cowash in between weekly washing sessions so my hair doesn’t look greasy too soon, but it’s a light enough gel that I can add a bit more in after cowashing to refresh my curls. My hair even stays curly overnight now! I barely need to refresh the curls the next morning and my boyfriend even asked if I had redone my hair the next day because he said it seemed even curlier than before! If anyone is curious, here’s my method using this gel to get amazing curls from 2C hair:After washing my hair (and brushing with the conditioner in), I use an old t-shirt to make sure my hair isn’t dripping wet, and add a pea sized amount of my conditioner into my wet hair as leave-in. First, I apply it with my hands then with a comb designed for use with wet hair. Then, while my hair is still very wet, I add in this gel a little bit at a time, usually with my head upside down. I make sure to use my hands to apply it between thick layers, and then whatever little bit is on my hands after I’ve got the majority of my hair covered gets added to my roots. I think I use less than a quarter-sized amount for medium-length hair, adding it a little at a time so it’s evenly distributed. Then, with my head upside down, I diffuse on cold, first concentrating on my roots while holding the length of my hair gently up so it’s not weighing my roots down while they dry. After that, I dry my hair to about the half way point, focusing a little extra on the underneath layers by the back of my neck and ears. Then, I plop my hair into a loose silk scarf and let it rest while I apply makeup and get dressed. After I’m otherwise ready, I take my hair out, and dry it the rest of the way with a diffuser on the lowest warm setting (cold if I’m miraculously not in a rush by this point), still with my head upside down. When it’s like 95% dry, I add some of the hair spray from this same brand for a little extra friz protection and hold. I found that any scrunching once the hair spray is in is an awful decision and will make curls much frizzier. Just leave it be.Once my hair is completely dry, I soften the gel by putting a dime sized amount of argan oil on my hands and gently scrunching without closing my hands/smoothing it over my hair. Follow up with an optional last spritz of hair spray for the day and you’ll be good to go even in humid weather!!!

Amazing in all ways! And 0 smell!
Love it, love it, love it!I’m using on damp hair, medium length, wavy and very this and frizzy. I don’t even need to use a blower for styling. My husband’s hair is short, thick and curly. He’s using it on dry hair.We both love it!The most important for me is- 0 fragrance! I’m very sensitive to smells and can’t use products with even very light smell.

Excellent
This is the best hair gel I have ever used. No scalp irritation, works great in my curls, holds well, bouncy, not crunchy.

Didn’t work for me at first but then loved it the days that followed
Updated review:At first I wasn’t a fan of the gel. You can learn about it in the next paragraph. But then the following day, my curls still had form/shape, didn’t look frizzy. I was able to wear my hair down longer than in the past. The gel acted like a sealant, sealing the moisture from the leave in conditioner after I washed my curls. My curls didn’t get tangled as much like they normally do. It was amazing! I guess I have to learn how to layer the products better, maybe find a different leave in conditioner with more slip to help counter act the gel.Previous review:It doesn’t have any hold, it doesn’t glide through the hair. It feels it’s stripping my hair of moisture. The ingredients aren’t all “green “ but they’re not “red” in terms of toxicity. The gel is thick but that doesn’t mean it has hold. The attached picture is my hair right after applying the product. But as soon as it dried, there were a ton of flyaways, didn’t look good at all.Phenoxyethanol, is considered toxic

I love how this gel enhances the natural texture of my curls, making them even more defined, bouncy, and full of life. It feels as though every strand is revitalized and given a delightful boost of curliness.
