Delightful flavor: light and not overpoweringly 'TEA!' It's very refreshing and I don't need sugar or honey. It's supposed to be a healthy herb (?) so we'll see on the health benefits. It's still a healthier choice than soda or sweet tea!

I bought this tea because i was looking for natural alternatives to sooth general anxiety disorder and I found the benefits of ashwahandha to be beneficial so i was afraid to try the pill form and decided to try the teas. You can dress this tea up with honey and ginger or whatever you like that is healthy and does not diminish the integrity of the root. I love it. Used to have daily anxiety attacks, was struggling for a year in and out of hospitals thinking I was having a heart attack and finally some peace to help me heal. The box is cute and tea comes in individual packages which is good for my preference.I have been trying the tea for a week now, I take it at night before going to bed, and I am able to peacefully rest all night. I wake up energetic and fresh to start the day!

loved the freshness and flavor

This is one of the weirdest teas I've ever tried. It has a woodsy (for lack of a better word) smell/taste.
