Arrived within days and nicely wrapped in a plastic bag. The carrier is just as shown and it fits my adult 10 lbs. cat comfortably and easily. My cat is extremely nervous and hates the plastic pet taxi I used to put him in to travel. He will absolutely refuse to go near it, but as soon as I set up this Carrier he went inside the bag and laid in like it was the greatest bed he's ever seen. So I am pleased that he really likes it.The carrier has a ring to clip a leach inside; a large viewing window on the back (does not open); a small viewing window on the front (opens with a zipper, very nice to reach in and touch or feed the cat/dog without having to open the sides). Both sides open with zippers (one side opens fully so that the animal can go in and out easily, and the other side only opens halfway). My favorite part is how both side zippers come with a little security clip that keeps the zipper from opening unless you unlatch the clip. It comes with a very comfy feeling fleece bed that has two long strips of Velcro on the bottom that easily attaches to the bottom of the bag to keep the bed in place. There is also a shoulder strap that was included with the bag. It also has a small pocket on the front as well as a see-through plastic tag for your pet's name and your contact info. It came with no paper to write on but that is an easy fix.The carrier looks sturdy enough but my only concern is that it withstands my cat's tendency to chew on everything that crosses his path. All in all, I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase and I recommend it.

The bag is perfect! I chose this over the $190 Sleepypod. Sleepypod seems like a great idea but looks so uncomfortable to carry around. My 4-month-old kitten likes the Innopaw carrier. I can use the luggage straps to attach it to my car seat belt for safe transportation. It's not marked with anything loudly proclaiming "animal inside!" so I can take her into stores incognito. I like that it was only $25 so if she outgrows it, it wouldn't be a huge loss. Still, the reviews suggest it would accommodate cats up to 12 lbs. so I have a fair chance.The only negative is that it collapses rather easily. It's fine and remains in shape with her inside. But I leave it standing in my room and come home to find it folded over from her roughhousing.

As the headline reflects... This item is really well made. It is also quite fashionable. It fits my 9 pound kitty perfectly, making her feel cozy and cuddled. The only draw back is getting her into it. It loads from the side, and it is difficult to get the zipper all the way up and around before the kitty darts out. Solved, if you have 2 people.

smaller then expected but should work . I have an rat terrier puppy and just hope when she is full grown she will fit in it. . I could not give it a 5 star cause it is the material and workmanship is little above average but for the price excellent

This bag I purchased after reading numerous positive reviews. I was kind pop f disappointed upon receipt. My 7.5 lb. Maltese was crammed in this bag AND it didn't not hold its shape very well at all. The bag is well made though and beautiful to the eye. If it was bigger in height and had a sturdier bottom it would top notch

I returned this because it was too small for my cat. I tried to put him in there and he couldn't really move around. He's a 16 lb cat. The bag itself was very nice though, great quality!

This carrier was said to be suitable for small dogs and cats. My cat is about 8lbs and this carrier is a bit snug for her. It works fine and it's sturdy but probably not the best for an average sized cat.

It only took my baby a couple of trips to get used to the bag and now she’s super comfortable! I managed to sneak her onto a flight with this and also multiple restaurants, so if being discreet is something you want then this is the bag! I’d definitely only recommend for dogs under 20 lbs though. My baby is about 14 lbs and I she can turn around in the bag enclosed but barely.
