I work at a hotel was spending more time staying there then where I live so I thought this would be a good idea after seeing this overall social media. Just having it made me feel safer. This door stop have 3 levels medium, low and high. Each one has a good level noise . The lowest isn’t so low you could still be caught in alert on this level. And highest isn’t so high where whole hotel will complain about it about high enough that anyone around can hear it. It’s small enough to fit into your car for last minute travel or a carry on.

This alarm works great. Install the 9V battery (which is NOT included). It has a low, medium and high setting slide button AND an On and Off slide button. All settings worked very well, meaning the alarm sound is loud even on the low settings. The sound resembles a smoke detector. I would definitely recommend this item.

Works good. My hotel door had 2inch gap, on 1 traveling stop. Doesn't work on big gap. But works well when hotels use safer door gap, so can use product.

The door alarm broke instantly and would go off randomly . It is very loud though. So if it was better quality it would be worth it. The latch stopper was not as intuitive as you would think but works. Won’t stop a determined intruder but will add a layer of security.

While I luckily haven't had to test this product in a real life circumstance, it does seem QUITE functional. The door lock is easy to use, and the two strike hole sizes are such a good idea! Also, its size and the little bag it comes in makes it so portable for travel. Once it is in the door strike and the door is closed, this lock seems very sturdy. The door wedge is VERY loud, shrill, and annoying: surely a great deterrant/alarm! I'm uncertain of how well it would hold up over time, but if its only functional for one or two attempted break ins, that's well worth the money.

Even though i'm outside of the return time period, i have placed a battery in the door stopper and the products start smoking.So don't buy this product.This product will catch on fire with a nine volt required battery. Be mindful of the company who made this product.

This provided an extra sense of security on my trip!
