Excellent in every way!
This was way better than i anticipated. I purchased this for my buddy as a gift. Its a decent size but not too big. Perfect for using as a cooking utensil. It came super sharp right out the box. The details on the handle and metal are very nice. Overall this is a quality product. Time will tell how it holds up but for now its excellent!

Really a COOL looking knife!

Not super sharp but nice quality
It wasn't too dull it cut through paper and the handle was real wood it was also nice and heavy but I wish it was sharper but that's fine also the leather doesn't fit but it comes with plastic covers so I just saved those

So sharp it even takes the hair off your arms.
We purchased this item for our son who is a cook at some of the more fancy restaurants in town. He loves a well crafted and sharp knife to whip up his snacks in the kitchen. When we saw this item, it played into his love of cooking and his privative chest pounding man gadgets. When he opened the box he was perplexed at the gift, thinking it was a simple novelty item. "This is cool, I don't think I can use it in my kitchen, it would not be sharp enough." He proceeds to prove this by "trying" to shaving the man hairs on his arm. As he is about to say see.... we all look to see a clean slightly pink landing strip on his arm. "Well I was wrong..." we laughed at his regret and bald arm. I would encourage those men who want to show off their skills with a viking style battle ax, and skills whacking their meat.
