Had this book some time now, all the recipes are relatively easy and nowadays some of the most difficult spices mentioned are not too difficult to find (mainly Waitrose)

Love this cookbook, recipes are great, simple but so tasty. Jewelled tomato salad is absolutely amazing.

Love Sabrina's cookbooks and recipes. They're straightforward and clear and less fluff compared to many books nowadays. Like many of her recipes I adjust spices to my taste and sometimes add extra bits to make them a bit tastier.

This book was brought as a present for my husband, he previously loaned this book out through our local library and he enjoyed it so much I surprised him with it for Christmas. He loves this book and I have been the lucky recipient of dear husband cooking some of these recipes for me, my husband loves to cook and to be honest he is better at it than me. I have enjoyed some of the meals in here, very tasty. Tip from me if you get this book try the pistachio straws and the cheese straws, both are a firm favourite.

Love this recipe book. I do a lot of Persian cooking, and this has simplified many of the recipes to make them more accessible to busy cooks.

This book is not only beautiful but the recipes are wonderful! All the recipes are easy to follow, exotic and flavorful, a real treat for any home cook.
