Bought this in hopes it would benefit my skin as spearmint tea is meant to be good for skin but I don't like the taste so opted for the capsule version, I have acne prone skin and noticed I was getting cystic breakouts along my jaw, I'm thinking it's the other ingredients in this besides the spearmint, I think silica is in this and i may have reacted badly to it. As soon as I stopped taking this the breakouts stopped.

Having been drinking spearmint tea for months to help with pcos hair growth issues, I found it made very little difference. I have taken two of these easy to swallow capsules every day and noticed a slow in hair growth in a week. It's not stopped it get, but it's definitely slowing. They have no smell, don't taste of much and I will continue using them. So far I'm impressed with this item.

This pouch of 60 spearmint leaf capsule suppliments by Black Swan is good quality and good value. The capsules are easy to take and I find spearmint effective. I notice a positive difference in both my bloating and my hormonal acne when supplementing with spearmint. These capsules have no noticable taste, are good value and im very pleased with them.

I am taking these daily and have noted some improvement in my digestive function during that period. (Of course I cannot claim that is definitely due to this product. But all the same, I feel better than I did before.) The package is a convenient pouch (no more little bottles) that contains 30 x 500mg capsules. They are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. Would I buy them again? perhaps I would.

The expiry date is printed in large print on the front of the packet. How, then, did nobody notice that the product expired last year. Absolutely fuming. Completely unusable.
