Washable fun!
I purchasd this for my grandchildren ages two and four. Easy to manipulate and use. Very easy to clean up. And they enjoy the tactile part of putting a finger on a paint section and then putting it on paper. I bought two sets one for each grandchild and my daughter says they love them.

Dry Paint
The concept is cute but it has flaws. The paint was dry, the colors mixed, and doesn’t look as pretty as the video I saw. Kids like it but once they start putting fingers in it the colors mix and it messes the wheel.
