This tool is so useful! We just spent almost $200 by having someone to come to our house for window cleaning. Now that we've bought this tool, we can clean the windows on the 2nd floor ourselves from now on!

Bought the 30-feet version, it took about 2 minutes to unpackage it and screw on the squeegee. Cleaned a large window on our house that is probably 25-feet off the ground - I was impressed with how stable the pole is even at that height/distance. Was able to pretty easily clean the window with the orange cloth part, and then turned it around to remove the excess liquid with the squeegee part.The button wasn’t working to rotate the squeegee so I emailed support, and was amazed by how quick and excellent the customer service was!! Two days later I had a new squeegee part on my front porch! Kudos to them for that.A tip for cleaning accumulated hard water on the window - first use 100% vinegar, which quickly dissolves the deposit, then use a bit of laundry detergent mixed in water to wash the window (and remove the vinegar which you don’t want to eat at the window sill). Works great!

Love it! First time in 30 yes that I have been able to was second floor windows

This extension pole works well, seems sturdy but yet not too heavy to lift. I like the mop that comes off to wash and just flip to use the squeegee. I use it to clean my solar panels. I wish I could buy an extra replacement mop only so I could switch off as needed, or I would have given 5 stars.
