Tried this binocular in both rainy and freezing snowy days. It worked well, gave super clear vision, and remained water- and low temperature-proof; no fog at all, and the grip was firm under both circumstances.I brought it to Alaska in early January and tried it out. The focus adjustment became half-frozen and hard to turn, but who do I have to blame when it was -22F.The only flaws I found in this binocular are the lens covers and the straps that came with it in the packages. The covers were loose and could fall off upon a slight impact, so I decided to go without the covers for 99% of the time. As for the strap, while it did its job, it was kinda hard to use when I had to adjust the length. However there is no quality or performance issue with the binocular per se, and it was overall generally enjoyable to use the binocular when I needed to view mountains, forests, or birds in distance.

This is a great product from top to bottom. It is very sturdy, yet plenty lightweight. There are plenty protective covers and attachments to enhance the usefulness of this nice set. The quality, size, magnification, and amount of light the lenses let in is amazing for this price. My favorite feature is the very easy-to-use zoom option that lets you choose how close or far away to be to an object. Oh, and this set of binoculars conveniently mounts to any standard tripod! I love this set and expect you will too!

Trying to think of what to get my 94 year old, Korean war veteran father; who now enjoys watching the birds out his bedroom window. I was so excited the binoculars would arrive before Father's Day. Well... they were running a day behind on delivery, but they still arrived before the holiday. I opened the Amazon brown bag they were shipped in and I was so disappointed. The binoculars were $89.99 with a 5% discount. I just didn't expect to see a torn box returned and reshipped to me as the item I wanted to give to my father. After that, I asked one of the guys at work to take a look at them and give me there opinion, because I wondered why a customer returned them. Maybe they weren't as good as they seemed from the description. He said they were fine. He didn't see any damage and he thought they were pretty nice for the money. He also said they were easy to adjust. Dads 94 year old hands have a lot of arthritis and easy to turn knobs keep his eyes on his hobby and not on his aching hands. So, I am keeping them and I'm putting them in the unfolded case that was in the box and wrapping them up for dad. He won't know they were a returned item; only I will. Amazon improve your customer re-packaging. It has happen to me before on other items. Customer service has always fixed a damaged item if I received one, but its hard to give a family member a gift that looks like it could be damaged before you open it up. As far as the binoculars go I'm sure dad will love them. They are a good deal!

Binoculars is something optional to bring when travel, unless it is easy to use, not heavy, and good quality. This one is good so far, even I dropped it on ground by accident, it is still fine. The introduction book in the box is something should be read before use it, it has some useful tips for me, the introduction help me to adjust the zoom easier, instead of just rolling and try.

They are great! Easy to use. Comes with part missing and protective caps too large and continuely fall off. When you try to contact someone you get no response

Couldn’t focus each eye individually. Couldn’t adjust them to work comfortably for both eyes. Could be my error. Don’t care.Lens caps will not stay on. Super annoying when you do not want debris getting near the lens and cap falling on the ground means it will get dirty. Once lens caps are on getting the binocs in the bag with them still in place takes a few tries.I’m returning these. The image would have been great if you have good vision in both eyes, probably.The lens caps do not fit. Carry bag is very cheap but functional for light use. Weight you get used to.

I have found this pair of binoculars to be wonderfully helpful in so many facets. Being a Civil War buff I get a wonderful view of objects across a wide field. They have also been incredibly helpful in finding birds in our back yard and woods. While I haven't gone to mountainous regions yet, I know they will help me see magnificent views of God's creation. I highly recommend them!
