this puzzle had fun patterns to put together took about a day or two to complete. i would not call it easy more challenging than most especially since any piece will fit anywhere yes and i contacted cloudberries to let them know. there is a card inside that says to contact them and say hi so i did and i told them about my main issue with their puzzle. well the rep told me that it is designed this way for hard core puzzle nerds, lol. that is ridiculous i would consider myself a hard core puzzler. i picked out this design, lol. i have over 200 and like ones that take some time and are not easy patterns but not so frustrating they are all one color. anyone can line up pieces and fit one at a time in the same spot until one fits but that is not fun either. i have done the so called impossible puzzles too. i replied back to the rep and told him that cloudberries puzzles are like sunsout then they dont care if their pieces fit in any spot either and i will only ever have one of each of cloudberries and sunsout puzzles. i find pieces that fit any spot frustrating and not a fun way to do a puzzle always wondering if the piece is in the correct spot. i dont need a trick puzzle. doing a puzzle should be enjoyable in my opinion. some other brands specifically make the pieces to only fit in one spot: trefl, castorland, ravensburg, dejeco, pomegranate, jacarou, stands out, cobble hill, heye, educa, willow creek, eurographics, heritage, indigenous, anatolian, to name a few. i told the rep no worries i can buy lots of other brands . needless to say i do not recommend cloudberries puzzles for fun puzzling. and i will never buy another one again. update jan 2022: after reading my review the couldberries rep did reach out to me and offered to send me a different puzzle to try. i tried the rooster puzzle. the pieces still fit anywhere but due to the different patterns of the rooster puzzle it was not as prevalent. the puzzle came with a puzzle nerd sticker. lol. also 2/3 of the rooster puzzle is asymmetric (the side columns), which i did not pay attention to when i picked it. it was still a fun puzzle to do but any type of asymmetrical puzzle is like doing the same puzzle twice or a smaller piece puzzle. i prefer a full 1000 pieces puzzle with all different patterns. none the less it was still enjoyable. the rep also reminded me again that he was going to pass on my dismay about the pieces fitting anywhere so who knows maybe they will be designed different in the future. I did upgrade my review from one star to three stars. the additional 2 stars for cloudberries top notch customer service and actually caring about their customers. thank you cloudberries.

Un auténtico rompecabezas, 1.000 piezas que son resistentes y están bien fabricadas. Se lo he puesto a mi hermana en su rincón de la calma ya que este pasatiempo hace que se relaje y tome tiempo para pensar. Y todo un éxito porque le ha gustado muchísimo. Puzzle con buena relación calidad-precio, totalmente recomendable.

I’m in love with these puzzles 🫶🏽 The image is beautiful, full of tiny details that make it more interesting and challenging. The pieces are thick and neatly cut, but I what finally turned me into a Cloudberries fan is their customer service. I took the little paper inside the box quite seriously and wrote them. My second Cloudberries wasn’t as perfect as my first and I wanted to give them a heads up since my first experience was THAT amazing. Without even asking they decided to send me a new puzzle 🥲 So if you’re not sure if these puzzles are worth it, THEY ABSOLUTELY ARE! Support small businesses that make things with love and care.

Si queremos un pasatiempo para pasar unos buenos ratos muy entretenidos, este puzzle está bien, si bien hace falta tener paciencia y fijarse muy bien para hacerlo. El puzzle nos llega a casa en una caja de cartón de calidad correctamente precintada, en la que podemos leer que tiene el Certificado FSC (Forest Stewardship Council ---> Consejo de Administración Forestal), un sistema de certificación forestal que vela por la naturaleza, por el que las empresas consumidoras y comercializadoras de madera certifican que el papel proviene de bosques en los que se aseguran buenas prácticas a la hora de aprovecharlos 👍👍 En la caja también podemos leer que el puzzle tiene homologación europea (marca CE), lo que da confianza a la hora de usarlo, ya que implica que el fabricante declara bajo su responsabilidad cumplir con las normas exigidas y que reúne los mínimos de calidad y seguridad para que el producto pueda comercializarse en la Unión Europea. El puzzle es diferente a los más habituales, y tiene una ilustración del artista japonés Asahi Nagata, que tiene casi todas las zonas del puzzle con los mismos colores, así que hay que prestar mucha atención para ir encontrando dónde va cada pieza. En mi opinión, es un puzzle más bien pensado para personas que ya tengan experiencia haciendo puzzles, ya que al tener los colores tan regularmente distribuidos por todo el dibujo, unas piezas son muy parecidas a otras. Está hecho con un cartón muy denso y de muy buen grosor que no se dobla fácilmente, y de las 1000 piezas, únicamente he encontrado un par con pequeños defectos, consistentes en que la máquina que lo corta no había hecho la suficiente presión y dos trocitos de papel se habían quedado sin desprender, pudiendo retirarlos sin problemas con el dedo. Dentro de la caja viene el puzzle en una bolsa precintada junto con una tarjeta de agradecimiento y un papel a tamaño real con el que podemos ayudarnos a la hora de ir montando las diferentes piezas. Una vez que hemos abierto la bolsa ya no se puede cerrar, así que hay que guardar las piezas en la caja de cartón cada vez que interrumpamos la tarea, con cuidado de que no se nos pierda ninguna 😉😉 Las piezas encajan con mucha precisión, y se pueden pasar muy buenos ratos montándolo, pero como os he explicado, teniendo muy buena vista y paciencia, lo que hay que tener en cuenta si llevamos idea de usarlo para regalo 🎁 Muchas gracias por haber leído mi reseña, y si has encontrado útiles las explicaciones y las fotos, por favor, no olvides pulsar sobre el botón "Útil", que es la manera de la que puedo saber si este tipo de reseñas os gustan y os pueden resultar interesantes 😉
