As Described
Used a USB meter with a pretty good variety of devices and cords to test this and it is exactly what it says on the tin. All USB ports are functional at the power levels stated. Doesn't seem to get hot even when used for laptop charging at about max capacity. It got warm. No reason not to get this if you're looking for a hub.

CHARGING RAPIDLY
I have this affixed to my desk with double sided tape. Charges multiple devices at full speed. Haven't used with a laptop, but for phones, rechargeable camera batteries, AA/AAA battery charging banks, 20, 24 and 60mah battery banks. This thing doesn't care, doesn't get hot, does exactly as it is supposed to. Excellent product. Will be buying more.

The best power brick for travel
This compact little brick charges a Macbook Pro, a phone, a kindle and a watch without problems. The figure 8 connector means you can buy and exchange native power cables for every country for 3-5 dollars each, as long or as short as you want. Unlike power bricks with integrated US prongs, it won’t fall out of the socket under its own weight. There are larger sizes that charge a Macbook faster ((I use 120W at home), but airplane power outlets shut down when you pull more than 75W. This one is perfect.

Portable, powerful and small for travel
Needed a compact and capable power supply to charge laptop and couple of phones at the same time.Fits the purpose and no longer have to carry 3 wall and laptop chargers, huge space saving for travel, and can use in any country, hotel or plane to charge multiple devices.

2 Faulty devices; no faith in company any longer
Purchased one. It didn’t work. Asked for a replacement. Same problem. Doesn’t charge just sits there and gets hot. Not sure what happened to cause Spigen to go downhill, but this is the second product I’ve purchased from them that is poor or defective. Likely will not buy anything from them from now on. I bought this on a recommendation from family but it is simply not something that is worth fussing with if I’m just going to keep getting faulty merchandise.

Just okay
My first unit's USB-C completely died, though I was pretty happy with their support getting out a replacement so quickly and easily. Do make sure you read how multiple devices are provisioned when you use multiple USB-C ports - plug in a MacBook Pro by itself that pulls 94W? Works great? Add a USB-A device with it? Still great, full power. Plug in ANYTHING to the other USB-C port, even with pathetically small power draw? Both ports' speed become 60W each max even though the whole power budget is 120W. For everyday stuff, it does its job fine especially at a ~$31 price point. Just don't expect it to be a powerhouse. It's a pretty standard GaN charger, it does get warm with heavy loads.

Charges well
I like that this charger charges well and gives me options of USB A or USB C. It charges everything well and as fast as it can be charged typically. My only real complaint is that it does not support Samsung Super Fast Charge. It does say this in the listing though, I prefer it did as a similar charger I had did support it.
