I purchased this a few months ago and it has since made me regret the money spent on other air purifiers. This device is exceedingly powerful, easily outperforming multiple combined other air purifiers that would be comparatively classified as fairly high end. It also handles odors and smoke, while not totally gone, far better than any other I've used that were purchased specifically for smoke.The device has 4 speeds. The range it covers based on its specs, which seem to hold true in practice based on what I can tell from air quality, is massive and you would find it hard to find another air purifier with a reasonable cost for such a large area of coverage (or inversely faster room cycles the smaller the space its used in). I find it odd that people complain about the noise due to a lack of "air quality detection" or automated feature. This is actually rather unnecessary. Despite the massive size and high filtration level of a H13 & H14 HEPA filter as well as the sheer amount of space and air involved this device is only really noticeable at the max setting. If you lower it to any other setting, including the second highest, it is almost totally silent. People can just use this setting and still get potent filtration considering the power of this device. It is actually non-issue.My only real complaints are the H14 HEPA filters are not available on Amazon, as well as general filter price. I wish they either lasted a bit longer or were a bit more affordable though I wouldn't expect much of a price cut. I also do not like that the UV cannot be automated since it turns off after 20 minutes.Be warned, the device is quite large being about the height of a couch though the width isn't too bad. It will take some space but has convenient rolling wheels. Also understand that it needs space on two opposite sides as it has a double intake, though don't worry about paying for two filters as the price includes both when buying filters.Aside from quality of life improvements for the quality of air purification and sheer power involved at this price point this is a product I absolutely recommend over other air purifier options.

In short, my wife has throat irritation and congestion all the time. She has been to doctors and allergists and other specialists more than a dozen times. Pretty much she was told there’s nothing really wrong with you, you’re fine. All the while, she had constant throat congestion, going through 3 or more big boxes of tissue a week to hork up the mucus. Most importantly, she couldn’t get a good nights sleep for years and this had a huge impact on her daily quality of life. She was incredibly depressed feeling doomed to live a life where she was constantly exhausted.Eventually, I began to suspect she may have an irritation from grass pollen. We had previously tried popular models of Levoit and Winix air purifiers and they did little to help her problem. But I started to research a little more and found some very thorough reviews on YouTube. The review educated me that CADR is a huge factor and led me to purchase this model as it combines one of, if the highest CADRs with a great filter.My wife having tried other air purifiers with no discernible improvement was very reluctant to try this model, especially given the premium price. However, I eventually talked her into trying it as we could return it if it didn’t seem to help after a week.The first night she felt better, but obviously I needed a larger sample of time to draw any conclusions. After a week, the improvement was undeniable, her use of tissue decreased significantly, she had better sleep, and needed to clear her throat much less often. Fort the past month, she has left the machine running on its highest setting 24 hours a day. She sleeps well, maybe has to clear her throat 3-4 times a day, and loves the Medify. While the machine and filters are expensive, this product is such a great value for us. I realize most people aren’t so sensitive to air quality/pollen, but for us this product literally improved almost ever aspect of my wife’s life and the ongoing cost of replacing the filters is less than $1 a day. That is a pittance for a restful night of sleep and comfort during the day.

I received my filter and within an hour, I could tell the difference in the air in my basement office. The unit developed a problem after about 2 months. I worked with Medify support to determine it was a problem that was not repairable in the “field”. They promptly sent me a shipping label and once I had the return shipped, they started a replacement unit order.

Really good/effective product. It is plainly obvious that the air is much cleaner. Sleep mode is effective in that you can hardly hear it yet it is still effective in cleaning the air around you. The noise level on number four could use some improvement especially if you work in a office/large office setting where you have to take and make phone calls. The price could obviously be better especially is Amazon or whoever is sincere about providing its customers value. This product purchased from Medify is nearly 100.00 dollars less. While I love Amazon the pricing is slowly creeping up there. All in all a great product!

The media could not be loaded. This machine is amazing! I have two puppies and they are not potty trained. Formaldehyde smell was unbearable. I have 2500sqft home and within 2 hours I could smell the scented candles instead of the dogs urinal! I set it on timer two hours full speed (level 4) with Ion on and that’s it! Omg I am in love with this. The only downside (not worthy of star elimination) is that there is no remote or automation through app control. It’s all manual. Not a big deal! If anything it’s safer I think I won’t leave it on if I leave the house! I suggest you always set the timer when you manually set it. Just for precaution and when your home.

It has been 7 months since I have begun to use this in my living room. It has been amazing, and I can tell you a difference. I am a chronic seasonal allergy sufferer, and this has made my experience so much better. Granted, the price point is high, but it was worth it.
