I first purchased this for my granddaughter who has trouble sleeping. It worked well. My husband and I have even started using it. Definitely helps sleep and seems to help with muscle fatigue. Put it on the bottom of feet in the back of my legs. Great quality and does the job.

I purchased this lotion for my 11 year old who has been having a lot of trouble settling for sleep. She won’t take oral magnesium supplements and even melatonin was not helping. Have used this every night for a week and she falls asleep quickly! I just rub a small amount (1 tsp, 5ml) on her back about an hour before bed. It smells great and absorbs quickly.

Has helped our kids calm down AFTER applying. The topical is great but the roller application is very ticklish and hard to get them to use nightly.

Like others have already said, the smell is a bit off-putting. I bought this for my 6 year old daughter to help with winding her down for bed in the evening. For us, this didn’t work. I had high hopes, but we’ve had better luck with using magnesium gummies.

Received package from neighbor and it’s so creamy and smells fantastic! Everyone should be on magnesium and this is great for kids!
