not useful
I have other books for learning more about trigger points. I thought this would be good instead of a wall chart but it is not.

Trail Guide knocks another one out of the park!
I am a first year massage therapy student and purchased the Trail Guide at the beginning of the year. That book & DVD have been instrumental in making anatomy one of my favourite classes. When we started doing trigger points in class, I picked up the Quick Reference to Trigger Points, to use in student clinic. It helps me identify trigger points in clients, and it's great for showing clients referral patterns. I LOVE IT!!!! It also includes common activities that might activate different trigger points, which helps paint a more complete clinical impression.I have been extremely impressed with every product I have purchased from Books of Discovery, and would not hesitate to recommend this for any body worker as an aesthetically pleasing, easy to understand quick reference.

Enjoying the information
This is interesting because it shows the trigger points of the body and the corresponding possible disease. To read it accurately you should have a medical dictionary or have some medical knowledge.
