I've been using for more than 2 years products from Freeda health because they are in powder and I do not like to take pills I've never been more healthier I am a vegetarian and like products that are vegan and organic I usually buy the products directly from freeda health but a lot of products usually are sold out so when I saw that Amazon was selling them I took the opportunity to buy them I hope you keep on making more products in powder.

It's ok

I take magnesium supplement daily long term, usually at higher dosages than recommended for my chronic illness. I usually take other forms of magnesium. This worked to help with constipation and has more of a laxatice effect than the other forms but not as harsh or intense as an actual laxative, and at the right dose is helpful but not a big deal. This made me feel not so great in general though as soon as I took it both times. I am really sensitive and it may have been other factors involved but I think I will stick with other magnesium than citrate. The flavor is also tough to drink even diluted in all of the water you are directed to use, which makes drinking it all hard.

Very healthy in my protein shakes

I’m under the impression that magnesium citrate should dissolve in water. This appears not too.

I added some vitamin c and eliminate flavored drink to this to make it easier to take every night. It still doesn't want to dissolve all the way in water. I'll end up mixing a little bit of water with the drugs that are in the glass and swallow that down. It's chalky and stuff but I don't mind. I find this helps me with preventing migraines and also muscle cramps.

Does not not dissolve well at all..the taste is just okay but I would prefer a tasteless magnesium. Personally I won’t get this one again.
