Makes great coffee
Was a bit thrown at first as plug was not normal but found adapter on the floor fallen out.The machine looks great glad I paid more for the white one looks great love the new base much flatter to stand cup on and easier to clean My old one was over 10 years old done me proud hope this one does as well

The best coffee pod coffee machine in the World
We’ve had this make model for as long as I can remember. Just like the mug I drink the coffee from. Great start to the day.

Not as good as the original senseo.
I purchased this senseo as the original was over 20 years old, however the new one is in my opinion not as good as the original one, if I use the single cup filter it leaks all down the front of the chassis, so have to use the double filter, which I find annoying, I also don’t like the automatic coffee dispenser on the new machine ,the old one would heat the water and wait til you activated dispenser.

Wonderful!
We stayed at Duinrell in The Netherlands in the summer and had one of these coffee machines in our bungalow. In our return we decided to buy one and are thrilled with this machine. We did need to buy an adaptor plug for it but it works brilliantly. Top tip - the bags have a flat side and a domed side. The flat side needs to be placed upwards other wise the machine will leak.

No match for the older model
I have used the machine for a month now and I am quite disappointed with it.On the plus side the machine looks great and that's all I can say.1- The main issue is that the machine often leaks eventhough I am very careful to put the pods in properly.2 - The second is how fiddly it is to put the pods in.3- Also I find the coffee weak (senseo pods bought), so I end up having to use 2 pods for a normal coffee, making the price per cup twice as high as expected and therefore not fulfilling my expectations.4- Finally the water tank is very small and also fiddly to remove and fill.I had the older version of senseo for many years and absolutely loved it but it seems the new model is no match for the old one.

Disappointing
For a start it leaked feom the bottom like an older one I had did, and second, the so-called extra creamy/frothy bit was a nonsense as there was no button or anything for it and there was hardly any frothy at the top. Am going back to the Quad Senseo which was all round easier to use and have abandoned the fact that I will never have creamy coffee but at least it won't leak and I won't need to fill up with water every use almost!

Perfect if u want good coffee fast, with o mess
Color is perfect, zero waste - you can compost the bags. Gives off amazing aromas. You can make two cups at a time. MILKA also does a hot chocolate one. Taste is as goodas a £600 coffee machine. Loads of different options for coffee types. Whole process takes less than a minute - easy to clean too
