I only received a crappy cheap chain which I didn't want anyway. The letter B that I did want is missing.

The ring attachment to the chain was not able to close properly and broke within 5 min, could not keep the necklace attached at all since getting it.. brought it to a jeweller and got it fixed since my daughter loves it. Especially the pendant.
