Maternity shape wear may be contentious, but the shaper shorts have to be one of the best purchases of my pregnancy wardrobe. I am now 37 weeks pregnant and still wearing these shorts, not to make my bump look smaller (am very proud of my belly), but have found these very supportive and more comfortable than a pregnancy supportive belt and give a smooth line underneath jersey clothes. This is my first baby, I have no stretch marks (so far), not sure if it's the shorts but would buy them again. First pair went missing in the post but seller was fantastic in organising a replacement order asap.

Yes I quite liked these. I had a family wedding and purchase to wear under the dress. I will only get one wear out of them. I bought a size 10 and they fit true to size. I think for me it was more of a confidence thing as I don't think they change body shape dramatically. I did feel that they offered some support around bump for standing and also the belly button was not visible through the dress compared to without the tights.

I ordered a pair of these a couple of months ago. I was worried as I'm a size 16 and he biggest they had was a 14. However they were fine. They are comfy, and give support where needed. My only issue is that there is a lot of left over material at the top, so when wearing a tight dress there is a bump. Unfortunately I put a hole in my first pair when I was on holiday. Due to the price and only having 7 weeks left at that point and I'm not really a dress or skirt person, I tried a cheaper version. Big mistake ended up ordering these again.

I was really disappointed with the quality of this, I would have returned if I could have. There’s no support at all and very see through. Definately not worth the price I would have expected a lot better quality

Excellent fit, a bit pricey considering I will get minimal wear during pregnancy but glad I bought it to wear for special occasion. Feel much better in the dress with the spanx than without.

Arrived before expected date, which was great. I'm usually a size 12 but ordered a 10 after reading reviews, they're still a bit roomy at the back but I'm guessing they'll grow with me. I'm very happy with the results and they've given me the confidence to wear my stretchy dresses. Very comfortable, no issues with feeling overheated in the summer, chafing eliminated and give great support to bump.

Not convinced that there are the genuine article..! Fabric and sewing is very poor quality & different to my genuine Spanx which were bought directly from the manufacturer. The seams around the 'bump' section (the material for which is EVEN thinner) is so thick & lumpy that is shows through tshirt/ clingy material. Not ideal...! Don't hold in much at all as the material is SO thin. Next time I will be buying from a reputable high street store or directly from Spanx...

I love Spanx, I have several pair of non maternity shapers, so I was excited to get these. They fit well and were comfortable. I do wish the material around the hips was a little firmer. The material over the belly is thin and the second time I wore these they got a "run" and a hole in them. Thus the not great rating.

Ahh yes, school yard antics but in the case of these SPANX...let's just say that had I met them before I met m husband I would have married them. I bought these to wear under a form fitting dress that I wanted to wear for a maternity photo shoot. I love the dress but my badonkadonk has enjoyed some ice cream over the last 7 months and I just needed something to reign that sucker in a little bit. I pulled these on and like magic, I had a better than pre-pregnancy butt! If you have ever worn SPANX or Assets but this same brand you will LOVE the way these smooth everything out. The bonus with these is the support they give your belly. I felt amazing wearing them, they are comfy and I felt like everything was supported and lifted. By the end of the day I feel as though I'm lugging a bowling ball around under my shirt but these had me feeling like I could go run a few laps around the block. I was nervous they were going to pinch or show a seam above the belly and on my upper back but they fit perfect right above my belly and the material has a little give to it in the upper back and didn't pinch at all - it was completely smooth and seamless. My only regret with these is that I didn't buy them sooner. This is my 2nd pregnancy and for the first and the beginnings of this one I thought the price was a bit much for something that would get worn so seldom. Now that I've tried them I may get pregnant a third time just so I have a reason to wear them - they made me feel great and look great. You can not go wrong. I am 5'4" and my Pre-pregnancy weight was 130, I'm 32 weeks and about 145/150 now. I got size B and they were a perfect fit.

Love it. But I havbt had it very long and it's already getting run and holes. :( but other than that I LOVE it

Im Vergleich zu anderen Mama Shape Hosen (mamalicious, noppies) hat diese wirklich einen formenden Effekt. Finde das Material am Bauch auch nicht zu dünn wie hier oft beschrieben wurde. Ich bin 172cm groß, 25. Ssw, 72kg. Mir passt größe C gut, an den Oberschenkeln schon etwas eng. Würde auf keinen Fall kleiner bestellen. Man kann sich gut an der Maßtabelle auf der Packung orientieren. Wichtig zu wissen: Man kann die Hose nicht zurückschicken! Das war mir bei Bestellung nicht klar, hatte zwei Größen bestellt.

Got this to wear under a very fitted formal dress at 19 weeks pregnant with my 5th baby. It fits true to size (I was about 190ish when I first got it.) just read reviews and got the size I thought I’d need. It worked great. I’ve worn it now under a bunch of fitted dresses and it’s stretched with me now up to 33 weeks- I will wear this probably until I deliver because it’s so stretchy! Definitely tighter in the legs and takes a hot minute to squeeze into, but it’s not uncomfortable or anything once I’m in it. Very smoothing and makes the bump look great! Also perks the tooshie up too. Definitely one of the best pregnancy purchases!
