I consume Fenugreek because of its apparent benefits for hair. I personally don’t MIND the taste (because I add a bit of honey to help). But, if you don’t like the taste of BITTER maple syrup, you may want to skip out on this.The taste actually reminds me of pencil shavings or a pencil sharpener after it’s been used (no, I’ve never tasted pencil shavings).Have I noticed any improvement in my hair and skin? Nothing noteworthy. I have a well-rounded diet and fitness routine, it’s hard to pinpoint what’s doing the most benefit!But, it was worth a try. I found another fenugreek tea that has a more subtle taste, it could be because the tea is made from sprouted fenugreek seeds as opposed to this one which isn’t.

I got this tea to see if it would help lower A1C blood sugar test results in a natural way. I'm done taking metformin to control my blood sugar levels. The taste is alright. To early to tell what the outcome is going to be.

Love my fenugreek! Used it for baths , fevers, cold or flu and mucous . restores those lining to healthy levels, helps with ulcers too.

I first mixed it with some Chai tea I had. It was okay. The I had it by itself, omg that was a mistake. I'd rather eat dirt. This stuff was horrible. I don't care how it's suppose to be good for you, I can't get over the horrible taste.

Can’t wait to drink that tea. I’ve heard so much awesome results. Will keep posted
