Ive had menopause symptoms for 16 years. When the symptoms really kicked in I was in trouble. I’m hot naturally and live in the south. I've been using this since January 2020 and it truly helps with hot flashes and night sweats. It helps with mood swings, I really don't have any since starting. It doesn't really help me sleep better at night I use something else for that, but I've honestly never slept well my whole life. It takes 30 days of consistently taking it to see full effects and do not miss more than one dose after that or you'll see a back slide of effects. I really like the natural ingredients and is hormone free.

I’m 52 and was starting to get hot flashes. I was waking up every morning with my shirt off. I would get so hot my chest and back would sweat and I had to change my pillowcase every day. I had a few hot flashes, mainly at home in the evening that lasted a few minutes. I would feel panicked and have to take my robe or shirt off. There was no moment when I thought “this stuff is working now!” I’m not sure about mood changes because I’ve always been somewhat grouchy. I’ve gained weight, but that’s because I’ve been eating poorly. I know some women eat healthy and exercise and still gain weight when they start going through menopause, but I’m not one of those women. I’ve recommended it to SO many people. I always tell them that I’m a skeptic for over the counter products that make unsubstantiated claims, but I stand behind Amberen 100%. I’m not on HRT at this time. As far as sexual issues that come with age, I don’t notice a difference there, unfortunately. I may end up on HRT, but I will continue to use Amberen as long as my doctor says it’s ok. I don’t know what is in this supplement , but I don’t care. The resolution of hot flashes is enough for me to keep taking it. I’m usually inconsistent with medications, but I do not forget this one! I received this product timely. This product packaging was not sealed properly, however the actual products inside were intact. I have been using this for over 10 yrs, I use to just go over to the US and pick it up at the Walmart or order it online, t now with this damn Covid I can't get over there so had to order on Amazon. With the exchange it works out much more affordable to get it from the US but I don't have that luxury at the moment. It 1as $159.00 for the 3 pkgs and it's only 109$ with the exchange when I get it in the US. Lets see it go down in price, that would be a bonus. It works for me, and has for over 10 yrs. I have no symptoms, I'm 55 and had a total hysterectomy in 2013 so I have no hormones at all kicking around, but whatever is in this...give me no symptoms what so ever...All my friends are sleepless, hot sweats, cold sweats, no sexual desire etc....Me...I'm ready to roll at all times.
