The cream saves my face. My skin barrier was compromised after using a new skin care product. The skin around my lips, in the neck and on the eye lids became swelling, red and itchy. After applying this cream, itchiness stopped within minutes. After 5 days, the swelling and redness are gone. The cream is thick but not greasy. There is a scent of tea tree oil. It blends well with the sunscreen I use. My skin has a subtle glow.

The first thing to know is, she THICK. In a really good way. I’m in my mid-40s and the first time I put this on, my skin looked immediately better, younger, plumper and more hydrated. Then I slept in it as a night moisturizer, was great. Got the recco from a dermatologist and does not disappoint. The other thing to know is this doesn’t have niacinamide, which for me is great because it always makes me break out and this does not. Genuinely heals skin and any blemish marks usually look like they’ve made progress in the morning. Also just feels great once you let it sit on your skin for a bit to absorb. But that does take a bit (for anyone saying it feels greasy). Great night moisturizer. Been using it for a few weeks now and I find myself reaching for it all the time. Also good for just tapping into your wrinkles and lines. My crows feet are significantly reduced when I dab a little beside my eyes.

I went too heavy handed on retinoids and ended up compromising my skin barrier. This cream saved my skin. I went from hypersensitive stinging and flaking, patchy dryness to fully recovered soft skin within a week. The cream is definitely on the heavier and thicker side, and I was worried I was going to experience irritation (because at the worse point my skin was reacting to even gentle cleansers meant for sensitive skin), but had absolutely no irritation at all. Slathered this on liberally every night for a week on my problem areas (forehead, cheeks, chin, corners of my mouth), and then did a regular amount for another week after that and my skin barrier is good as new. It's not sticky by any means but it is a thick cream. I have no skin barrier issues right now, so I bring this to business trips because hotel air dries me out like no other, or if I feel like my skin needs extra help overnigt, this is what I put on. Will absolutely buy agaim when I run out.

I’ve been using Korean products for the past 5 years and this has to be one of the best moisturizers I’ve come across. To start off, my skin is on the very dry side. I got a sunburn on my face that cause the rosacea on my cheeks for flare up for 2 months which resulted in bright red cheeks and extremely dry peeling skin. I didn’t know what to do so I start exfoliating daily which exacerbated the problem. I finally went to the dermatologist who suggested that I use a very mild cleanser and ingredients on my face for some time. I went on Amazon and luckily came across this product. After the first use, my face felt so much relief. Within 3 days, I no longer had dry peeling patches and after 2 weeks of use, my skin incredibly soft and glowing! This stuff has been amazing for me!

I’ve been looking for a face cream that keeps my face moisturized. I have really dry skin so many others that claim they keep your skin hydrated don’t work. This actually does for my skin. This cream goes on so smooth and cools the skin at the same time. A little goes a long way. I mainly wear it at night. The scent is very minimal that I don’t really notice it. The price on this is better than most. I like that this is high quality. I might switch to the lighter version during the warmer months, but I think this would still work year round.

The real barrier extreme cream repaired my damaged skin barrier. My skin barrier had been damaged due to over exfoliating and Tretinoin. It was red, peeling, dry and itchy. I have always had an oily acne prone skin so I knew my barrier was damaged. I have used several “barrier repair” moisturizers but real barrier is the only one that actually worked to repair my barrier. I was afraid to use it at first since I have been informed to all my life to use oil-free products to prevent breakouts. The real extreme barrier cream did not break me out and helped my skin. I’m glad I took a risk and tried it. It’s the best moisturizer I’ve ever used. I love that it absorbs into your skin unlike some moisturizer feels like it just “sits” on top of your skin. It’s worth a try especially if you suffer from damaged barrier.

After 2 weeks of using this cream, I have seen a drastic change to my skin. I am struggling with type 2 Rosacia and this has done wonders. Highly recommend this product for those trying to improve their skin barrier.

I have very sensitive maturing skin, this cream has been repurchased by me several times. It’s soothing, not too heavy, and a great final layer for my routine. If you are severely dehydrated this won’t be enough on its own, fyi.

Excellent ingredients that support the skins natural functions and barrier. For reference I have clog prone skin that combo but dehydrated. The cream is thick and I didn’t think it would work for my oily patches but it actually balances my skin out beautifully. If you know anything about skincare then you know this cream has some wonderful ingredients in that will actually repair and protect the barrier. I think this cream would work for all skin types just not super oily. In that case go with the lighter version which I love in the summer time. I would recommend putting a milky toner on first for hydration, I like the byoma milky toner for this purpose, it’s a nice combination and works for me.
