Recently came back to GNC brand amino. All the years of training and taking supps, FOR ME (maybe not you) this is the best all around amino. SUGGESTION: we all know our own bodies. Get one bottle, add only this to your diet/routine and start to monitor yourself, your energy, your exercise performance, etc. Be fair, not in 3 days. But after 2 weeks, see if you notice anything. I haven't taken GNC brand in quite some time and I, once again, felt an overall well being difference in a couple of weeks- and better recoup time as well. They're big capsules but they're smooth, so easy to take.

I’m an avid half-marathoner. I’ve never been a believer in supplements. But, I competed in a half Ironman in late July and decided I needed an amino acid supplement to help me get through long workouts in hot weather.
