These were on sale at a good price. I have to assume they are doing what they say on the box

Hard to swallow
I took a star off because I struggle to swallow these tablets whole. They are easy to break but the result is also uncomfortable to swallow. I feel the manufacturer would be better halving the size of the tablet and simply let the consumer take 2 tablets to achieve the same dose.
