The sesame flavor could be more flavorful. But pretty tasty. The rosemary was nice with thin salami. But the star was the jalapeño flavor.

About four months ago, I was offered a free Bob's Red Mill Peaceful Squirrel Variety pack for review via the Amazon Vine Program, and I accepted.I took notes for each flavor when I ate these.I found that all of the varieties were very crunchy, slightly dense and slightly flaky.First, the Classic flavor:These had kind of a greasy mouth feel... which is not a bad thing... it makes them taste rich. The flavor is of salty/savory toasted grains... I don't feel there is a particulary identifable oat flavor present.Second, the Sesame flavor:These have a nice subtle sesame flavor. These are very good. But the sesame flavor is so subtle that you lose the sesame flavor after just 5 or 6 crackers. They also have flax and poppy seeds, but they are undetectable flavor wise.Finally, the Jalapeno flavor:These pack moderate heat that you can feel on your tongue and the back of your throat... these are hot enough to make my nose run. They have the taste and mouthfeel of the classic variety in the background with an unusual undertone of lemon. I feel that unless you really enjoy heat, you probably won't enjoy these very much.Overall, I think they were interesting crackers, but I don't think I would reorder them.

I wanted to like these very badly as an alternative snack option. They are awful.

Great option for ppl like me who has allergies and need to avoid flour. They are hard and very tasty 😋 I even use the halapeño one for pan searing chicken breast and we all loved it.

This Peaceful Squirrel Variety Pack of Bob's Red Mill Classic Oat Crackers is a nice mix of flavors in GF crackers. I actually like the plain ones the most. They're all light and crisp. The jalapeno is spicy, so I'm going to leave those for my daughter. The flavor was interesting enough that I did eat several. They are too hot for me. The sesame is interesting, and they definitely work for snacking on their own. The plain ones are the best. I like them by themselves, but they'll work with any topping. I love that these are not just GF but also plant-based. I'll get these again. Great product!

We are Bob's Red Mill fans and currently buy several of their products. This is our first time trying the Thin & Crisp Oat Crackers.You get three boxes in this bundle, each a different flavor - Classic, Sesame, and Jalapeno.The Sesame was our hands down favorite. It had a delicious, light sesame flavor and with the added poppy seeds and flax, it really added a nice little crunch to the already super crunchy texture!The Classic was on the plain side. It had a natural, whole grain flavor that paired well with dip and almost every cheese I tried it with!The Jalapeno was too spicy for my liking but my husband loved it! I was surprised by how much heat each little cracked packed. My husband paired it with a Spicy Buffalo dip and said it was quite tasty!The texture is thin but hearty. The crackers are super crunchy (similar to a Wheat Thin) without any of the sweetness. They hold up well to even the firmest dips without snapping in half.For some, the crackers may be bland but for those that are on gluten free diets without many options, these are much better than many of the cardboard tasting alternatives!!!

This is a combo pack of three boxes of oat crackers. They are plain, sesame and jalapeño. Short story: they are all terrific. I love having something that can accommodate gluten free eaters without having something we would not eat otherwise. These are very crisp and sturdy enough for cheese or dip. I prefer the sesame but all three are very tasty. The jalapeño has just as much mouth heat as I like, not too much.This is a company that I love and it is a great new-to-me product line….they are terrific.

Think WheatThins, but these are oat. Great flavor and variety to this pack
