Good for making idli.
The idli stand has decent gap between the trays, normal idlis does not touch the bottom of the upper tray. The Aluminum sheet is not very thick or sturdy, received the unit with one tray bent, could easily make it straight. The anodizing of the idli stand could be better. The fixing nut is made of metal and should last long, other idi stands have non metallic nut used for lifting the stand from pressure cooker. The idli stand is other wise usable and makes good idlis.
