Smaller than expected, but for the price and how solid it is, it makes a nice addition to my Egyptian collection. I like the polished look to the black making it almost appear to be carved out of a black stone such as Obsidian. Although my scarab will not be removed from the table I have it displayed on, my only gripe about it is that the hieroglyphic pattern on the bottom is gibberish and doesn't quite look authentic to the Egyptian style. Other than that, great price, great weight, and beautifully made.

My scarab arrived in a nifty Egyptian-themed box, which would be handy if I were to gift it. There were two stickers on the bottom of the scarab that left some sticker residue, but it wasn't as bad as some stickers leave. It would be better if these stickers weren't here in the first place though. I'm happy that my scarab has no defects and I feel it's a good value for the price.
