Favorite floss ever, I can’t stand the silky thin stuff. If you have large gaps/triangles between your teeth then this is for you. I feel like it almost scrubs my teeth a little, which is great. I get lots of food stuck between my teeth and like to floss before I brush. This will always be my go-to, it gets rid of so much debris before I even pick up my tooth brush. My mouth feels cleaner and I end up using much less floss overall (I have to double up the other thin flimsy floss).

I’ve officially found my forever floss! Tom’s of Maine Naturally Waxed Dental Floss is one of those rare products that actually makes you want to floss. It’s a little thicker than most brands, but that’s exactly why it works so well — it gets every bit out without fraying or breaking. It’s sturdy, tastes great, and leaves my mouth feeling fresh and genuinely clean. I’ve tried other brands, but nothing compares. It’s surprisingly hard to find in stores, so I’m thankful Amazon carries it — I literally stock up whenever I can. I’ve become completely addicted and won’t use anything else. Five stars, no question!

I bought Tom's after Consumer Reports revealed that most flosses -- except Tom's and a couple of others than I can't find -- have PFAS. Tom's was bought out by Colgate-Palmolive in 2006, so not as trustworthy, but so far so good. This floss is very thick and does a great job flossing. But because it is so thick, it is harder to use and strangles my fingers. Ouch, but I'm buying again. I bought a 6 pack and gave some away to my friends.

This works well, but the floss is so thick that it's a little difficult to use. The mint flavor is great.

We used to use other known name brands flat floss but made the switch to Tom’s and happy we did. Less of the ingredients you may not want but just as affective.

Edit 1.2.26 - this is the best dental floss there is! I hated it at first because it was so thick but this is the best floss ever. My hygentist was very impressed with the decrease in my plaque/teeth staining. The flavor is great and I like the fact that this is a more natural product than you get from most places. But it’s very thick and I had to jam the floss down between my teeth (which have tight contacts) which is not exactly what I am looking for in a floss as when the floss finally gets between the teeth the floss springs down (or up, depending if I’m doing the top or bottom) and jams into my gums thereby hurting this gentle area of my mouth. At first I was thinking I wanted to keep this but now after writing this review I think I want to return the product.

Tom's floss works very well. The thing I like best about it is that it doesn't break. I used Oral B for years, and it was always breaking. Tom's is thick and strong and has a semi-rough texture to allow it to grab bits of stuff stuck in your teeth. It reminds me of fishing line in that regard, although it isn't.

The floss was too thick and incompatible for my usage. It takes time for me to slide the flossing between my teeth and out again. There’s a fear of cutting my gum since I need to use more strength to get the floss in and out of my teeth.

I like the quality of this floss and thickness of the floss. To my surprise, Toms floss has natural flavour in it. Natural flavour is a type of MSG that has been rebranded. Natural flavour/MSG is a neurotoxin, and I’m very sensitive to it. I like that product but I won’t buy it again because of the natural flavour added.

Siempre han excedido mis expectativas desde que lo probé en EEUU. Es mucho más suave para las encías que el hilo dental convencional. Lo que me pareció extraño es que el producto tiene fecha de caducidad de principios de 2020 y lo compré recientemente.

Es una muy buena opción para sustituir el hilo sintético y aparte me gusta que sea más ancho que el hilo regular, siento que ayuda a mejor limpieza. Si tienes poco espacio dental no lo recomendaría
