They Work and are easier to swallow whole and not as distasteful as other brands. I sometimes need only half a pill and these are easy to break in half and w/o crumbling or tasting awful. Good Value.

Works fine but probably not Gluten free
Product worked fine for thinning mucus when I was congested. However, I did have the same reaction that I usually get from small amounts of wheat/gluten, so I suspect one of the inactive ingredients is probably made with wheat starch.It doesn’t claim to be gluten free, so please do not consider this a negative review. I knew it was a risk when I ordered it. I just thought others might like to know.

Generic mucinex at a great price.
This is the most economical generic guaifenesin products available. It has replaced the generic version I purchased at Costco for years. I am grateful to find this product thru Amazon. It works as good as the brand name Mucinex product at a fraction of the cost.
