When I was setting up this chair, I found it ripped at the very top part even though it was inside the plastic. One of the sides of the sitting area was deeply pressed as well. I immediately requested a return from Amazon but after submitting the request, I continued to set it up and found even more problems! The rubber from the metal of the top part was almost taken out and the chair metal support was also a little bit bent. This chair came in a box that's super old, weak, and ripped, seemed like it was an old stock. The foam protection inside was yellowish but all parts were covered in plastic. Surprisingly, parts are broken even though they were covered. The chair supposedly looked really nice, the design was good, although it's very noisy even with little movement while sitting. Overall, the worst part is that the chair was kept in a stockroom for a very long time and was sold broken.

It’s a nice chair it had some markings but it’s to guide where the back part goes and it gets covered up once you finish assembling it
