"It was practically perfect! ' The price was right

My husband used this as part of his Bert costume for Halloween and, as Mary Poppins would say, "It was practically perfect!' The price was right, but the durability was predictably low. The shaft broke on the first night he used it, however, it was easily repaired with a little electrical tape and still usable.
