Useless. Only works on land line phones

This thing is great !! I bought it for my 93 years young , very hard of hearing mother. She loves it ! She can hear everything now. Very easy to install and set up.

This item does not work! Easy to connect to phone...simple. But no one can hear you talking...you can hear them and the volume does not seem any better than the phone itself. Was hooked up correctly on a very simple phone...no bells or whistles....and it did not work. Says it is non-returnable???? It is a phone amplifier and does not have anything flammable etc that should not allow a return of a product that does not function as advertised. So I am out $40+ for a product I cannot use...that is ridiculous!!! I do not have $$ to throw away on something that does not work! I am very unhappy!UPDATE: After contacting Amazon and told to contact seller.....which I did.....they responded very quickly that some items are marked incorrectly with a non-returnable and apologized. They did attach a return label for a refund. Greatly appreciated!

Worked well

Works well for me. There is occasional buzzing but that is better than not hearing at all on the phone.
