NutriBullet® Brew Choice Pod + Carafe

Finally a perfect good tasting coffee single brew feature.

I don’t like to get things that look like someone already used it.

I started drinking coffee last year. My husband bought this for me as a Christmas gift! I’ve been using it for 4-5 months and it is awesome. Brews quick, no mess, and small enough for my little beverage corner.

Loved finding this product for sale at TJMaxx. However, within the first couple weeks, both brewing functions malfunctioned. Single serve pod function spewed water everywhere. When I tried to brew using carafe, only a dribble of water went through the grounds. The rest poured out of a hole at the bottom of the basket. Phone calls and communications to Nutribullet were disappointing, as the rep told me they couldn’t reimburse, only replace. No thanks! Why would I want another one - faulty design. PS - warranty pamphlet states “replace, send parts OR reimburse.”

My device leaks as well when using the pod. I do love the idea of a reusable pod, but this one is shorter than the usual k-cup so if it ever breaks, I'm stuck. I cannot find replacements nor could I use the one time use pods.

We always have to hold the carafe over the sink to poor a cup of coffee. The pot dribbles coffee down the sides no matter how fast, slow or carefully we try to pore a cup. We still have drips all over the coffee bar. Worst coffee pot design ever.

Bought this 2 months ago. Worked 2 weeks and leaked with pods bad. Only get 4 out of 8oz into cup. I called warranty center and after 2 weeks and several phone and emails they sent me a replacement. The same exact thing happened to the second one. I only use filtered water and keep my machine clean. This machine is garbage. I will not ever buy another nutribullet item in my life.

Bought our first one in Nov. 2021. Out of the box it leaked all over the counter. Brought it back for a replacement. Lasted 2.5 months then started spewing water all over the place when making pods.
