My husband and I were so excited when our pediatrician told us we could start solids. We went to the store and bought some baby food; right before we started I found a lawsuit online regarding heavy metals in various baby foods. There was no way we were going to feed our son that but the thought of making our own baby food seemed daunting. I went online to purchase the baby bullet thinking that was my only option but came across this instead. I cannot express how amazing this product has been. It steams and blends the food, works well, really easy to clean and we sit down at dinner knowing I'm feeding healthy quality food to my son. Its very easy to use, i just throw in whatever veggie we are eating for dinner and its ready in 15 mins or less. I also have an 11 year old with extracurriculars, pets, a chore list a mile long and endless dishes in the sink, so clean up is really important. This unit SELF CLEANS (no scrubbing and not a lot of parts/pieces. So easy!) and has a sanitize function as well that you can use to sanitze the unit but you can also throw binkys or teethers in there!! I would 100% recommend this to any family with babies. You won't regret this purchase.

I am so happy I decided to get the EVLA’s Two-Cup Baby Food Maker. As a busy parent, I wanted something that would make healthy, homemade baby food quickly and easily — and this does exactly that! It’s super easy to use: just add your fruits or veggies, push a button, and it steams and blends everything in one step. The texture always comes out smooth and perfect for my baby, and I love that I can control exactly what goes into each meal. So, so grateful to Evlas for their human-centric approach to personalizing and perfecting baby care products! My goals in a holy grail baby food maker were: 1. Compact and easy to clean, store, and use - I don't have much counter space or the time to clean bulky appliances, and this baby food maker gives me back much needed time so I can focus on other baby care things! You can also safely take apart the blender parts to deep clean in case gunk gets stuck. 2. Set it and forget it - No need to check on the process while it's running or worry about burning anything. It will ding when all set, and if you don't have enough water, it will also beep to let you know! 3. Sanitizing feature - I personally don't feel comfortable with just soap + water and am a big germaphobe, so this is really a peace of mind point for me. You can easily add water into the water container and just sanitize/steam for however long you wish (I usually run the cycle for 10 minutes). 4. All in 1 steamer and blender - Again, time is of the essence and this compact baby food maker packs a punch when it comes to steaming and blending a decent amount of foods to make your baby a happy camper :) The icing on the cake is the print on the side which shows how many minutes you should steam different types of foods, such as chicken, apples, and fish. Aside from the awesome pragmatically useful features, I love supporting a small family business. Evlas' creators are in touch with their customers from end to end, are open to feedback, and truly put you & your family first above profit. They are gems in a market that can be saturated with more callous corporations, and their products are so thoughtfully designed and produced that it is hard not to continue to advocate for them!

Sanitizes, steams and blends. Very easy to use and the result is fantastic! Fresh foods is much tastier than jar food from the store. I can use local fresh delicious produce to make single ingredient purées as well as yummy combinations. In the future as baby grows I can prepare streamed chucks of vegetables and even steam fresh fish, yum! My baby’s diet is going to be so much more diverse and nutritious now because of the ease of use and proper tool needed using this machine. Quick and easy clean up, just one cup, basket, blade and lid to wash. I really enjoy using this machine, I feel more confident in my efforts to prepare the best baby food I can. Fresh is best, just how I like my diet. I wouldn’t want canned soup only. Fresh homemade soup is much better and healthier, same idea for my baby’s food. Grateful I found this product and was able to order one. I recommend trying it if you’re curious about making baby food. I tried the nutribullet baby system and I did not have success in the long run with that system. I have confidence I will get a lot more use out of the Evlas system, even beyond preparing baby food. I can make unique and yummy foods for the entire family. It is an extremely handy little machine and a fantastic size. I have a vitamix but that is too large to blend small batches of food, I was having to add too much to the pitcher. Smaller is so much better so I can make small meals more frequently so it is most fresh. Love it, thank you!

I was so excited to received this item. At first I was hesitate because you never know what you get from ordering from a unwell known brand. However in the end I am pleased with my baby food maker. Along with the baby food maker you are gifted reusable pouches. (so you can start making food and storing right away) The pouches are of good quality and you can but it in the freezer, however it states not to put it in the microwave. If you register your baby food maker, they'll send you a silicone bowl which has a suction cup in the bottom so it stays in place and a silicone spoon which was great as a first time feeding spoon because it's soft and has a long handle. The food maker itself worked well. The control panel is touched screen and is easy to wipe down. It steams really well if you cut the food in small size. I just steamed chicken and its cooked well through. The stirring cup, blade and steaming basket are easy to clean. I use the self cleaning setting and also hand wash it then use the sterilizing setting. ( yes I do all that but it is not necessary). My only problem was when the water tank grew rust spots inside despite cleaning and drying it after ever use. I was quite disappointment, and reached out to the company. Amazingly after describing the issue and sending pictures, the owner reached out to me and sent me over a new food maker (With squeezable pouches) . I was so happy. Seems like the customer service is the owner herself. Im sure she is very busy, yet still quickly responded and rectify the problem. I haven't had any rust issue with my replacement. When you register your food maker, you are directed to Facebook messenger. That where you complete your registry and to reach out and stay in touch with the company. I recommend this prouduct based on the customer service and as well as all the products they send you just for purchasing their products. No other company does that. But I mostly recommend this item because I like to support and respect women/mom owned business.

Used this first with my second child, and it is the most useful baby equipment I have in the kitchen. The combination of steam and blender is so convenient that I’ve also used it not only for making baby food but also preparing sauces as well. It is so heavily used in the kitchen that the cup had worn out. Now with my 3rd baby who’s going to start solids soon I need my Evla baby food maker again. I messaged Ruth the owner if I can just order the cup to replace the old one. She was quick to reply and sent me a replacement - for free! Grateful for this and the owner really cares for their customers. As for the product - I love the look of it and something I can display on my countertop, also for the years I’ve used it it still works great (the cup had crack due to wear and tear - same material like the nutribullet cups I have), I love the ease of use, and of course what matters to us mamas - easy to clean! Blending power is just right for making baby food- of course you won’t be preparing something with nuts or anything hard like that. I always steam and then blend after. Before I forget to mention, it also came with reusable food pouches which is also a plus for me. I freeze the food in there and take it on long trips and even camping. Happy to support family-owned businesses like this that also offers great quality products. Highly recommended!

Super straight forward to use. Steams, blends, and self cleans. Only issue is it doesn’t self clean with the steamer basket inside.

I finally had a chance to use my baby food maker last night! Between working full time and taking care of my baby full time I don't have a lot of free time on my hands (if you're looking at this product I'm sure you can relate), but even with the limited time I do what I can to make sure I provide the best, most healthy options to my sweet little babe. And with us quickly approaching 6 months and receiving the greenlight from the doctor we are gearing up for our journey into the world of food! First item on the menu- sweet potatoes. I ran out of time because my little Velcro babe decided a contact nap was mandatory, which ran us right up to dinner time. I am wanting to make purees before we actually dive in so I was hoping to get at least something in the freezer. I read through the user manual (very straight forward), filled the reservoir with water and began to sterilize. However the E1 message popped up. Finally I realized that I had not put the lid on the processor all the way (do this before starting the machine otherwise you will end up like me lol). I corrected this, however the error message remained. I tried turning on and off. Unplugging, plugging back in. I was starting to stress because my husband thought it was a frivolous expense to begin with and it was proving to be more of a pain than helpful. Finally I reached out to the help chat on Amazon, they advised the things I did along with cleaning the reservoir. Or topping off the water. Adding water did not work. I decided to dump out the water, wiping it out, refilling (all whilst unplugged of course). Finally once I refilled the reservoir and plugged back in, the error message was gone. I went ahead and added my sweet potatoes back in- lid completely secured closed. 15 mins later they were perfectly steamed. I dumped the basket into the processor and ran the blades only a minute or two and it was perfectly smooth and creamy. By the time I had finished eating my dinner the puree was ready to pour into the tray and pop in the freezer proving to be as much of a time saver as I had hoped, while also leaving my husband pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was finished even with the slow start at the beginning. Also, the size is perfect to keep on the counter next to my cannisters of rice and oats, hardly taking up more space than one of the cannisters. I will try adding a photo once I make it home! I will also add, this sweet family owned company was SO incredibly quick to reach out to me this morning to check to see how I liked my purchase from their company. They also include a 2 year warranty, those details are included with the processor! Definitely recommend!!
