Ironman choice
We have used these for all of our race needs. From a half marathon to a full Ironman these are our go to energy gels. We used to use gu and sports beans until we found these. They are a bit pricey but work great to keep us from cramping and passing out. Easy to carry, don’t melt, easy to eat on the go. They taste great and we love that up can get whatever kind you need for your event whether it has sodium or caffeine or just carbs.

Excellent endurance fuel
Love these. Have tried all the flavors and orange is my favorite. I can really feel the caffeine boost. Highly recommend to any endurance athlete.

Love my blocks
If you ever need a few calories, or that little extra caffeine lift, this is a great choice. The orange flavor is nice and the product is fresh and ready to eat on the run, or while taking a drive.

Not bad
When I need to work out hard, I often eat this. Eating it before my workout helps me feel less exhausted.

Product Is Fine - Delivery Packing Sub-Par
This review is not about the product. The product is fine, suitable and appropriate for me. Good tasting orange flavor for fuel during endurance runs. This review is rather about the delivery packaging: item was shipped in a flimsy bubble envelope, not enough to protect the actual product package, which was ripped (see photo), likely by rough handling. The content itself is fine, and I had to transfer the content to a different container for storage in the pantry.

Great for bike riding
I have been buying these blocks since a friend recommended them. I love the taste and the energy they give me. They have some water content which, in my case, is perfect because I am not comfortable drinking from a bottle while doing 22 mph on a bike. I feel I dont have to reach for the water bottle as often if I eat some of these blocks.I ride early in the morning and I dont eat breakfast before. Once I get on the bike I eat 1-2 blocks and later I eat another 1-2. This gives me all the energy I need for a 30 mile ride at a good pace. For longer rides, I mix the blocks with other energy products.I give it 5 stars.
