For once I didn’t read reviews before purchasing thinking like, it’s a switch.. how could you make that wrong lol.. well.. As an automotive tech I will tell you the switch is functional, unfortunately as stated in another review, the switch literally has an on and off light illuminating constantly. On a vehicle driven daily, one small LED will not be an issue. Unfortunately for me the switch was going on a fourwheeler so after full installation I find the constant battery draw issue after committing to the large hole needing to be cut out to accommodate this large switch. If you have a switch board this is ideal, if not it’s way too big and bulky and a constant battery draw issue. Not to pleased overall, but it works so it could be worse lol.

This switch is perfectly fine for installing a light on any machine. Let me just touch base on the fact that people complain about the small led light that “stays on constantly”. If you know how to properly wire things it won’t stay on when the machine is off. On your hot wire going into the switch don’t pull power straight from the battery. Instead get your positive power source from a supply that’s only hot when the ignition is in the on position. Then when you turn the key off the small light that is draining peoples batteries will turn off as well. As an automotive technician myself I’d say that’s common sense but for those who are NOT… now you know!

I like the switch, it works well too. But the indicator lights only work when the switch is off. I can reverse polarity and the other light comes on when off. Can't get third position 7 of the diagram to do anything and my ohm meter shows no continuity on position 7. I broke the hot wire to my relay over 2 and 3 to get it to work and chose the polarity that allowed the lighted bar instead of the icon to stay on when off. Hopefully, the draw is minimal but still have to consider sitting through winter. I guess battery tender will keep it from draining. Nice switch, just bothersome about the light function. If I had to do it again I would have chosen a switch with no light.

I have been searching for the best LED Light Bar Rocker Switch that I could find. It took me three months to research, watch YouTube reviews, and interviewed countless rocker switch owners and I finally landed on this one.
