Wired into a 4.5 volt system. Lights are bright, flashes perfectly. Small wires a bit tedious to work with but not all that difficult. Patience grasshopper! Since mine is part of a temporary Christmas tree train setup, I fabricated a small platform out of wood and painted it to look like concrete and attached it with hot glue so it would easily stand on its own.

they flash very well but the voltage going in to the module has be just right or you can adjust the speed of the flash by adjustment control on top of the circuit board, they bit large for HO but very close. the price is amazing since paid 2X that of other brands and the detail is very good
